Usernames are assigned on a first-requested basis and must follow our naming guidelines. Recovery details help you regain access to your inbox, so keep the recovery email address one you control. Each application is verified before your mailbox is provisioned. By submitting this request you agree to the Terms of Service, which set out account responsibilities and acceptable use.

Once your details are verified, we activate your mailbox and send setup instructions. If a request cannot be verified, we will contact the recovery email you provided. Pricing and storage details are listed on the Pricing page and may be updated there.
